Connect your AI assistant to Coldmail

Add Coldmail as a remote MCP server to let supported AI assistants work with your domains, mailboxes, warmup, sending, and performance data—with your approval.

Remote MCP server URL https://my.coldmail.app/mcp

No API key, client ID, or client secret is required. Your MCP client discovers Coldmail's OAuth configuration automatically and sends you to Coldmail to sign in and choose an organization.

ChatGPT

Custom MCP apps are available on eligible ChatGPT workspace plans and may require an administrator.

  1. Enable Developer mode in ChatGPT's Apps advanced settings.
  2. Open Settings → Apps → Create.
  3. Enter https://my.coldmail.app/mcp as the MCP server endpoint.
  4. Choose OAuth, then scan the available tools.
  5. Sign in to Coldmail, select your organization, review the requested access, and authorize.
  6. Select the Coldmail app in a new chat when you want ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

Remote custom connectors are available on eligible Claude plans; Team and Enterprise setup may require an owner.

  1. Open Customize → Connectors in Claude.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Enter a name such as Coldmail and use https://my.coldmail.app/mcp as the remote server URL.
  4. Add the connector, then select Connect.
  5. Sign in to Coldmail, select your organization, review the requested access, and authorize.
  6. Enable Coldmail from the connectors menu in conversations where you need it.

What happens during authorization

Coldmail uses OAuth authorization code flow with PKCE. The connection is locked to the organization you select, and the consent screen shows whether the client is requesting read access, write access, or both. You can disconnect the integration from your AI assistant and revoke its Coldmail access at any time.
